ZitatAlles anzeigenBlade 2.2 features the following enhancements over Blade 2.1:
• Blade 2.2 is now compatible with Boris FX and Graffiti plug ins from Artel (which are available as a package from in-sync)
• Trimming on the timeline with Firewire output engaged will output the video through Firewire to your DV camcorder / deck. This means that if you are monitoring your video via passthrough to an external monitor that you will be able to view it on that device
• Improved the compatibility of Blade with some DV drivers that were loaded by default in Windows 2000 / XP by some DV decks / camcorders
• Added notification that if you edit in High Definition that we required the codecs to be installed first
• The status bar on the composition window can now be viewed at the top and bottom of the composition window
• Blade now defaults to starting with the Video and Audio tracks available
Blade 2.1 features the following enhancements over Blade 2.0:
• Improved playback of DV files when being previewed to an external / VGA monitor
• Allows you to switch between many different types of DV codec depending on the codecs available on your system
• Allows you to easily use the Matrox DV codec, MainConcept codec, MSDV codec in NTSC and PAL
• Improved the auto detection of DV camcorders / decks attached to your computer
• Compression of the project file to increase speed of opening, closing and saving
(a complete list of updates, features, enhancements, and fixes are in the Blade 2.1 read me file)
Blade 2.0 features the following enhancements over Blade 1.0:
Improvements to DV output
• When outputting your project, if you choose Print to tape you don't need to rerender the DV files in your project
• When scrubbing or trimming video clips on the timeline, the video will be output via your Firewire cable to your DV camera or deck and can then be viewed on an external monitor that's hooked to the DV camera /deck
Support for the Panasonic AG-DVX100
• 1/3" 3-CCD 24P DV Cinema Camera
http://www.panasonic.com/PBDS/…ccorders/f_ag-dvx100.html
Edit in 24p or DV NTSC frame rates natively
• you can choose to set the timeline to 24p or DV NTSC
• you can switch between 24p and DV NTSC so that you can output your project to a progressive frame rate and / or DV NTSC
Automatic Reverse Telecine (ART)
• supports 24p and the advanced 24p formats
• if you put a clip that's in 24p format on a 24p timeline it will automatically display 24 frames
• to edit 24p, start a new project in 24p, capture from AG-DVX100 in 24p or 24p advanced format
(the camera shutter captures 24 frames but the camera's electronics adds in 6 extra frames which are recorded to tape meaning that the tapes from the camera can be played back on any DV NTSC camera or deck.)
• add a 24p clip to the timeline and you'll be editing (viewing) the 24p frames only
(the remaining 6 frames are still in the captured file, it's just that if you choose to edit a 24p project then you will only be editing the 24 frames)
Choose additional outputs:
• 24p MPEG2
• 24p uncompressed AVI
• 24p still images - TGA, SGI, BMP, JPEG, RAW
Playback in realtime
• You can playback a 24p project in realtime from the timeline to the VGA
Other Improvements
• Support for DirectX 9.0
• Support for immediate preview of effects / transitions on the DV camcorder / deck via Firewire cable
• Improvements in Batch capture accuracy with DV devices
• Added support for a number of DVD authoring applications including Sonic's ReelDVD, DVDit, Ulead's DVD Workshop, Dazzle's DVD Complete
• Will run on Video Toaster, DigiSuite and TARGA 3000 systems (Blade will work with DigiSuite and TARGA 3000 files but doesn't use the hardware effects engines on these boards)
• Optimized reading of still files (much faster processing of still images in your projects)
• Significant improvements in the speed of scrubbing the timeline
• Reduced latency when playing the timeline (especially when outputting in realtime to DV)
• Automatic detection in the installer for incompatible systems / software
• Fix for two WAV icons appearing in Bin when only adding one WAV file
• Support for After Effects files encoded in the DigiSuite software codec format
• Link to webpage from Help > Online support corrected
• The Film Style / Video style check boxes and the Add to end and Add to beginning checkboxes have been improved so that they correctly alternate between the available options
• If you choose to capture just audio or just video from the Manual capture dialog even if you have selected interleaved dv video files then the software will honor this choice
• Quality improvement for rerendering audio when using a MPEG video / audio clip with audio in it
• Support for non standard AVI files that are output from other non linear editors / DV applications
• Added the ability to compensate for video / audio sync discrepancies when recording with DV camcorders
• Improved documentation
• Improved the Druid to test for incompatible applications / scenarios
• Improvement in ensuring that the size of the data rate set for exported MPEG files is respected
